    The 4K textures look good; file size doesn't bother me much. I think so; army nurses are all officers from my understanding.

    Kinda looks like the shape of the 11th or 13th Airborne, but those units haven't been active in decades. My guess is it might be some unit patch with a Ranger tab above it, but I'm not sure. That there's a nurse patch on the collar might help narrow it down.

    Since that particular jacket has desert nametapes, I'd go with a desert-colored patch. That said, I don't think it was a 101st patch. The shape is different.

    Just found out about that Cold War Germany DLC and it looks sick. I usually don't buy fan-made DLCs but this may be an exception. Note that the gloves won't show up if you use the USM mod, so be forewarned. The CUP M16s are very good, though a recent update made them a bit anachronistic for Cold War/old school usage as they're now FN Herstal M16s and the M16s used in the old days were made by Colt, IIRC. I myself prefer the GSTAVO M16A2 pack as they're Colt ones, making them perfect for use with old school stuff, though they seem to have very high poly counts affecting FPS in some cases if your GPU is a bit old.

    Nice! I have a pair of those gloves I got back in 2009, still use them to this day.

    I'm an old timer, I is. I got into Arma with the first very first game: Operation Flashpoint: Cold War Crisis back in 2003 after one o' me mates recommended it to me.

    Awesome, I'd like to see some leather boots (like in this pic) added to the mod some day, they're kick-ass.

    USMM doesn't actually have an IBA as far as I know; which is unfortunate as A3 lacks a really good high-quality IBA at the moment.

    There was lowland, but it's now highland. If you want lowland, the closest thing I can think of is wsxcgy's RH retex, which has them.
