    Try flush command: -Press the LEFT Shift key + the NUMPAD Minus key together. -Type flush

    Check the size of that .pbo ...must be 202MB (212,645,659 bytes).

    He talks about the page file and after upgrade to Win10 is good to do a clean install Win10.

    Use DirectX End-User Runtimes (June 2010) to update your DX files....and from your RPT file I don't see that game start PhysX SDK

    Tonight I tried the new version of Reshade 2.0.1f1 with your settings and v5 LUT and I can say that game/effects start faster :ph34r: ( maybe placebo but :dancered: ). PS I wrote BE support to add new version of dxgi.dll to the whitelist.

    If you on Win7 you can disable Desktop Window Manager Session Manager in your services before you start the game and see if it helps you.
