Ok need a little help here. Tried to unpbo a couple missions to get them into CWR'd specifically SP an MP in hope to edit. Long story short I now get aa error that closes the game to desktop when i try to host a MP game thru CWR. Error message as File MP Mission\13 pathfinder.ABEL\description.ext, line 0;'.';' box encountered instead of '=' I just did a complete reinstall of ArmA1.09 & CWR without loading anything else. It's nowhere in MP missions/ missions ArmA other profiles, or MP Cache. Send help please, Thanx. Disregard..fixed.

Oops too late  Just finished reinstall. You'd think after a yr of ArmA I'd know what i'm doing..least i try to look that way  Just missed out on OFP online aint missing this one. But I'll check the MP Cache again to make sure thanx. Got some maj issues here with trying to do this all trying to host a "new" MP causes an error an the game to close. Also these missions u guys are converting, are you putting them into your ArmA MP missions an or Missions folders to play? Just so i cover everything an don't wanna screw anything esle up. SP appears to run normal but aint adding anything til i figure out what i'm screwing up

Man your my new pal  I must've tried unpboing several times. Only to end up getting a CTD when clicking on new mp setup to run a map in CWR. Dunno if the CWR team is interested or not in this but i got a funny error with the Pathfinder name from the MP folder as the likely error. Tried everything i can from this point on to get where i can host my own MP missions only to get repeat CTDs    I'm currently in the process of doin a complete reinstall of ArmA  As I reinstalled CWR an the same thing happends even after i deleted all maps that i tried to convert. Not sure why it keeps happening even after uninstall an deletion of maps an why I'm doin fresh ArmA reinstall.

Need a lil help i went an unpbo the pathfinder mission in an attempt to transfer it to CWR an maybe even to MP just for somthing to play but I'm very inexperienced at this stuff. Funny thing is i know i did it with Battlefields a while back an even for chits n giggle copied right onto the desert floor between Cayo an Arcadia. But not sure what i'm doin wrong now any advice thanx. That Pathfinder would make a SWEET MP mission!!! Disregard...fixed!

Yeah thanx appreciate it! Probably just a bit to early still. just spent over an hr researching the user missions thread in OFP forumns hopin to stumble onto somthing compatible, unfortunately no luck or just dl's way out dated

Cool thanx what I was looking for! Was hoping to get Heavy Metal an maybe the other Battlefields but not sure if there even on correct island or compatible or not. Maybe some OFP wizzos (like i dream to be some day)  Will port some stuff over...hint hint. Did'nt get to play multiplayer at all in OFP so really anticpating an hopin we'll see a OFP revival. May as well get this in while I can  Funny thing about this too i just reloaded OFP CRC guess i did'nt have to after all 8) Thanx again an merry Xmas all!

I will be attempting to produce those used by the RN/RM Catch me on msn or TS and I may be able to give you something a little special - 3 years or so ago I contacted Griffon who make the RM Hover and asked them for some blueprints - they sent me the full nine yards, military fittings as well (I'd was hoping at best for the civilian blueprints) - They're lurking somewhere on this pc or the old one. Yeah I can't remember where but I saw site somewhere cpl yrs ago or so that had bluprints of military plane, ships,tanks am others will do some looking around. Not positive but WWW.military.com might have some stuff we'll check. An forgot very nice work missed out of the naval side of things for OFP so definatly looking forward too it for ArmA!!! BTW TY for doin this u say there outside your capabilities, I wish I knew a 1/4 of what you all are doing...an making this stuff possible that you'd only be able to dream about seeing in other games!!!!

Your ArmA ranting and Crysis praising has nothing to do with CWR. This thread is for discussing the CWR mod - and only the CWR modification. For your Crysis Demo praising there is a thread in the Offtopic forum. Amen

Don't know how many times I've sought cover around a building or other, what appeared to be good cover only to still die a sec or so later. Most times i felt i succesfully(beat the bullet) but still died. Just my 2 cents but always contributed this to game/server lagg. none the less always a lil frustrated but just taught me to always keep eye open for hard cover an if'n i think I'm outgunned or missed the drop on th enemy to keep closer to cover.

Yup an maybe..maybe I finally get to experience OFP online, was new to online gamingback then an did'nt get to play OFP online, besides I don't think AOL wou'dve held up back then. We'll be intersting to see what the community does with this as far as addons an mods, though it's not my fav.. maybe we'll see a Evolution version on Maden or Everon somehow.

Never played OFP online 8(, but I played the campaign prob 20 times over. I like the game graphics evolution in ArmA from OFP, I don't like the bugs/glitches that came with it however i seem to recall some were present in OFP. The biggest thing for me about OFP an the lacking of ArmA is the campaign. The first time i played OFP I was like the "OMG the Russian Army is coming down on me-WTF do i do" Â needless to say it kept me coming back for more. ArmA campaign was like oh ok theres bad guys over there lets go get em, it just did'nt capture the so called fear of death an stir the adrenaline that OFP did. Either way i still play ArmA daily an find myself happy with what it has to offer an I don't think that any developer will EVER match or come close to where BIS has taken us with OFP/ArmA. Sure i get upset over online issues but that does'nt stop me from playing.

I feel your pain, I have same issue I had it to a playable state but restored back to factory an could'nt rem what i did, but as Sickboy state the-maxmem 512 o how ever it goes solved some of probs I also have the latest drivers, an I also still get the crashes. I know theres a better fix in here but cant rem an to lazy to go thru allllllll the threads to find the fix.
