hi guys, Can you please point me to a way (mod etc) to monitor ai behaviour, such as waypoints, player detection and such. Ive seen such in videos and would like to test them myself. Im especially interested to see when they detect the player and how they react. On evideo was showing a freen dot turning to red once player was detected... Thanks a lot, EDIT: I ve found TroopMon what seems to do something like that this (haven't tried yet) but still interested in other options.- 296 replies

Hi, I popped in to say thank you! This seems to be one of the greatest for arma so far!! Please I second to get this out as an addon! I would love to roam the island with my guys finally move where I want them to be (well more or less) :D Thanks and keep it up! (Addon pls pls pls)

Great mission, one of the best I've played in the Armaverse. :) Couldn't find the answer here or on steam forum, it seems the save (0-0-0) doesn't work anymore since last update. Does anyone know if its a bug or feature. I only use shacktac HUD mod, no any ai mod or else. Thx in advance. -

Hi, Just another tip to try to help: You said 1st thing was arma after win install. Try and update your windows and drivers etc and try again. It really sounds like some specific to your system so give it a go. Fresh win is nogo w/o the updates. Let us know of your finding, we may all learn from it. -

Ive been away for a while from arma and noticed the new 1.62. How about ASR and this new tpwc add up? I mean are they compatible and updated or one may be better off with vanilla(oops I didn't say that :) -

I think someone posted updated configs in another thread for the weapons and it may need the classes of soldiers in this mod as well to actually work properly. I am not sure what needsd to be done, perhaps if Robalo is interested in I44 as well? :) -

I know it was discussed b4 but without clarity. People said here that it was broken so I am wondering it is still the case. I tried testing in various missions and editor but can't say it is as I assume it should. I understand suppressive fire as lay down hell on those bastards with fire team so assault team can flank or move closer. However when I give the command to my team mates nothing happens, they just keep going to do what they were doing. Can someone explain what I am doing wrong? Is it meant to be a general direction a particular enemy or else? Thx, spang

thx, but do you point to the general direction or it is possible to tell exactly whom/what to fire at? I test it further in the editor, but I can't see that they would do anything else than without this command? What difference you notice when use it? For me it seems they just carry on ignoring me.

I think it isn't the same stress in front of the monitor than in RL. I think the fact that you are forced to get back behind cover by diminishing your ability to aim is a good thing. Don't forget that to simulate RL in a game is not necessary works out best the most direct way.

Regards to this ace weapon bug, can someone drop all kind off ammo crates at missions start so we can rearm for the missions? To be honest ace - with all its bugs - is still a helluva mod. Would be too bad not to use it imho. Please if someone could upload only the modified file as I am on a very limited mobile broadband. In case this is possible. Thx

thx sickboy. I play a misiion where I should kill 2 tanks with a launcher and some extra ammo in a car let's say. I am no designer, just wanna play this mission. If I remove the pbo I get an error it is dependant on one of the weapon config pbo. Any workaround?

hi, 1. Can someone pls tell me how to disable the AT disposable feature. While I totally agree with it and like it, I mainly play SP and many missions built without ACE in mind do not support it and as such I am not able to deal with armor and only 1 rocket on me. I understand the concept behind so do not need to be told off, just please let me know how to disable when necessary, if I may ask. 2. Robalo mentioned earlier in this thread that he is responsible for some ai improvements, so does it mean that we do not need robalos mod anymore or they nicely cooperate here? Thx in advance for the answers.

@Tonci As far as I know it is a modification of gl3, probably from slx and responsible only for the communication in between the different ai groups. At least for the time being. Yes, remove netcode and glx.
