That's ok I played the sp with he current revive and have already rated your missions. You haven't tried Farooqs Revive? It's almost the same revive without the effects. it's just suitable for sp as it doesn't change the vision when you need to be revived and team switch. But all good will still play it with the current revive system. -
All good I figured it out I think. I tried it out once then it worked. Another addon 'trixie' was using cup as a dependancy. I think when cup weapons updated recently it messed up the config of the old addon and caused it. Since its regarding a cup machine gun that got repackaged with other machine guns I believe it was it. I think it's the way other addons are coded in the config using a dependency. I would've had a look at the cup config but it's binarized. All good and at least I can use cup again.

As i said i don't have the cup mod loaded when i open the scenario and save a game. When i try to load it, it asks for the cup mod and it doesn't work. How could it inherit missing addons when it's not even loaded in the first place.

im not mission editing im playing a scenario from worskshop. it doesnt require the CUP mod. I unloaded the cup mod and made a fresh save game and it asks all the cup pbos, Even games i havent ever opened with cup mods loaded. In any mission i play without the cup mod loaded, i save a game and it wont load. It either asks for the cup mod or if i do have cup loaded it asks the missing "cup_weapons_L7a2" pbo. I thought if you have missing addons from a mission it shouldnt start from the begining.

it shouldnt ask for addons that i havent installed/used when i save a fresh game and try to load it. I did a fresh save without cup installed and loaded it and asks me for all the cup addons. And when i do have the cup mod loaded it asks for this " cup_weapons_L7a2" addon that i think has been deleted in the recent update and i have the latest update.

The scenario doesnt use cup. Some how it inherited in all my saved games. i even removed all cup mods and it's still asking for it and the scenario has no dependencies on it. It's now asking for all CUP addons/pbos every time i load a game. I freshly save it and when i load it, it wont let me cause it's asking for cup addons.

everytime im playing single player i cant seem to load a save because it's asking for a missing addon cup_weapons_L7a2??? can anyone help?

Yeah lost 1 guy on the fourth mission, maybe QRF is an answer to give stealth players a bonus rather than going loud. I reckon difficulty is pretty good. At CQB its unforgiving but its doable which is good and also makes you do team switching so feels very Ghost recon. I think for me i dont like the current revive system cause it's not sp friendly. when you change team mates everything goes red and sways even though the unit your using isnt injured, it's very difficult to revive your team mate with that going on. Maybe keep the revive you have now for coop but use FAR revive for sp. I prefer to have FAR revive for sp as you still need to get there on before your team mate bleeds out but it doesnt affect your view when changing team mates. -

Well I approached mission 3 with attacking the main base first and everything worked. It feels like Ghost recon but maybe if you make AI teammates unmuted and if there is reinforcements if you go loud instead of silent I'll replay it again. Yeah I think the missions are straightforward but maybe if you put side missions that will affect how Opfor will react. For example you could make the audible value of your team low so you could sneak up more on patrols. Or make the Opfor all alert once they hear gunfire. So it changes the dynamics. Or destroy a Comms tower or something so Opfor can't call reinforcements. If you don't destroy it then Opfor can call 3 squads of reinforcements etc. Just ideas. Or if you use a UAV make a script that will tag them in game. There's a script in a mission called Vanguard I think that does that. Or support such as air strikes. The missions are good in sp. is it possible to change the revive system though I prefer a different one where your vision doesn't get affected if you're changing team mates when you go heal yourself if you know what I mean. -

yup "MINDLESS ZOMBIES" cod is even a harder game than this campaign on easy!!!!! hahahaha keep going buddy!! next tag for arma 3 will be just "shooter" with no reference to tactical. They ruin the campaign with this rubbish. Make us tactical throughout the whole series and then wham. "When you see the flash dont worry just respawn!" keep liking the rubbish!! Please!!! lol wait.... are you the guy that made the mod "ultimate soldier"???? hahHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA I rest my case and say what you want and not arguing anymore... im done.... dead hahaha. I know what you want from arma. And i cant wait for the new players "because" "of" "APEX protocol". might as well take away fatigue, gun sway, oh what the hell take away recoil!!! lol

I can see now what type of people BIS were trying to attract with this APEX protocol..... Mindless zombies. Why did they have to release it in connection with the campaign? They first call it single player if you decide to play by yourself in dev and when they got crap responses they change it to solo to fix it....Marketing 'change it to solo' You have a specific fan base for a reason and created a pretty good story with the campaign and wreck it here because if you don't like coop you play as John Rambo. I don't know how long it took you to make this coop campaign but you should be shot if it took you more than 3 weeks to make with the money your getting.

what i meant was make them compatible with other user made suppressors. Like every some other weapons pack out there. BIS suppressor are just too big.

i love the new bren rifle sounds but please enable it to be able to use custom suppressors. the standard BIS ones just really get to me these days.
