After several requests I made a try for the new Digital camo of the Philippine Marines - hope you like it. To compare the old and the new camo I choose a pic of the internal beta0.4 The public beta will be released when it reaches status 0.5

Realy a nice island and I saw that you had the same idea like me getting ´"water" in the ricefields. Just in my case it was only an idea until now I discussed with several people. I would suggest, that you will make the water more brown. Will the plants be a single pbo and can other mods use them aswell on their islands? Would save me a lot of work -
Thanks, but there is still a lot of work left. The soldiers and some vehicles will soon be released as a public beta. The islands will be one pbo and the houses will be a other one.

While waiting for the troops to finish I did start to make some of the islands. These are Wilbur screens so far. as the "real" Mindanao Island is about 97,530 km² in size I will make mine much smaller. Jolo will get the size of the real island.

I thought of how to make Angelina and took the hands, breast and face from the female reporter Maria Quandt. As the Angelina from OFP had black jair I used the black hair which will be used for my Pinoy female soldier. There is still some work amount to do, but before I continue I wanted to know what you think about the try.

As Angelina was a kind of secratary/bodyguard for Guba (as long as I remember) I got the idea also to make her in a combat uniform. To get so far she would most lickely have been a member of the Spetnaz. Any comments and suggestions are welcome as I'm not sure if I should only add a belt to her.

My MXT concept of a small tank suited for the battle in jungle areas Im aslo working on the MX-7 Gagamba which like the MX-8 Barako is a philippine made scout vehicle and which is tested by the philippine army. The MX-7 is much different then the MX-8 based on a existing vehicle, the Ferret.

While waiting for our beta troops pack to be finished and finding out why the damn Guntruck always crash ArmA when adding it the editor I did work on a couple of other vehicles. The V-300 APC The M35 in marine camo Dont worry, the city camo version will also be made. and here some more fictional vehicles wich maybe be a part of the future campaign. A rocket launcher system based on the M35

MX-8 Barako (v2) The MX-8 (Military Experiment Type 8)is a prototype armoured vehicle. It is build by the philippine company steelworks in cooperation with the Philippine Army. This version here is the second one and has already reached field test stage. The future arment of the 1m turret is still unkown, but will lickely be a - 7.62 mm machinegun - 40 mm grenade launncher - remote turret - M2 .50 cal machinegun Wikipedia article on the MX-8

@.Jonny: here are the wireframes you liked to see @plaintiff1: I thought of what NZXSHADOWS did suggest with using the shorts of a civilian, but as Im not so good to model I wanted to get her ingame first with pants. I did see a pic somewhere on military.net that some russian women wear this uniform, but with a other headgear.

This is version 2 of the Angelina Model. Here is a direkt compare between both (left new, right old) The model could also need some new textures as this is a 3 Star Officer and I would say Angelina in OFP is Leutnant or so. Any Texturers here who has some time to make some new Textures. Please contact me. I got a black hair texture already, so I only need a new uniform texture.

The M35 trucks are nearly finished, but I just couldnt get a reply from Wld427 in the last time. So I can arrange the last things on the truck for him. Here is a old pic of it. I think the M35 was an ideal truck as the US tends to sell it to all countries they help buidling up. The latest country I know of is Afgahnistan. Its reliable and you can get a wast amount on different versions of it.

The new test version of the PNP camo, hope its exact enought. I discovered that our last version we had in work wasnt exact enought. The PNP are the Philippine National Police.

@NZXSHADOWS - was thinking of that, but the legs would look more awfull then my "bodybuilder" Angelina does. Im not so good so Ill stay with the pans for now. @Serclaes - with the breast you where right, they are also a big to big, but it was only the try for now, so I didnt look at the correct proposions and hight. With a normal soldier uniform the female body is covered more like with dress uniform as its more stiff (at least at the shoulder area with the uniforms I had to wear). I try to build it up around the Reporter now.

WIP update for the enemies for the beta: "MILF" are Moro Islamic Liberation Front (Muslim Rebels/Terrorists) "NPA" are New Peoples Army (Communists) "SB" are Sword Bearers (fictional Muslim Terrorists) Early model of one of the leaders of the SB. For the final release some main characters for the campaigns will be made for the Marines and Army too. But I did not have any ideas yet how to make them different from the other soldiers. Suggestions are welcome.
