Hey, I´m wondering if there´s any way to successfully land the C-47 or the Ju-52 controlled by IA, because both planes always bounce when touch down and end up crashing against the bushes in the very end of the runway :S Anyway, great mod guys, really well done.

Hi, I have a question; when I tell an evac helicopter to return to the LHD, should the helicopter land on the LHD deck or just stop and hover above it? I´ve tried everything but the helicopter never lands. Great mod btw, keep it up.

Good job SFC.ITZHAK! I´ve downloaded and tested them and I have a couple of suggestions. - Textures and shaders on both choppers needs a bit more of work, specially in the CH-53. The paint scheme of both helos should look the same, but by side by side the CH-53 looks more blueish and more metallic than the CH-46. - A gunner (or two) in the CH-46 would be fantastic. Anyway a great addon so keep it up mate :D

Well, you can expect anything in this sci-fi game. Damn at this point I was even expecting jet pack troopers with laser guns, hovering tanks or something like that... don´t expect realism; let´s face it.

I´m 3D/2D artist and I´ve been working in the videogame industry for years. Said this, from my point of view, I think Oxygen is one of the most frustrating and unintuitive tools I have ever seen in a while. If BI don´t release import/export plugins for MAJOR 3D packages (I mean Max, Maya, Modo...) and a proper documentation, the mod scene will grow up even more slowly than in Arma/Arma 2. -

Well... this is a bit weird; the fact is I´ve never installed any kiowa pack in Arma 2 (I´m only using the A.C.E 2 units) and suddenly, months ago after an update (which I don´t remember because I´m using Six Updater) the Kiowas were there in the editor under US Army --> Air so I have to assume the A.C.E team included them at least during a short period of time. Same happens with the Blackhawks. Regarding the Blackhawks, i´m trying to use the ACE version of STI Blackhawks but I can´t because the required dependency has been removed from ACEX (acex_m_veh_uh60) and I don´t know why. I´m aware ACE team is always updating, removing and adding things but right now let say I´m a bit confused. Thanks for answering anyway. -

Very well done job on those humvees mate, congrats. An about the OA humvees.. Well, BIS humvees never have been very accurate, let´s face it, so the protector issue is, sadly, just another one to add to the list. -

To be sincere I don´t care which version, and that´s not the point. But If they say: Ok. Let´s do a M1114, well, then what we can expect is a trully M1114 and not that extrange hybrid.

Why is so difficult to make an accurate Humvee? No, really. I can´t really understand it. At least after three different attempts. It Is just the same ArmA M1025 just with the basic ballistic shield and armored doors with ugly grids ala IDF. Not armored windshield, or the characteristic hood from the M111x versions... well, at least the textures look better compared to ArmA 1. Beside this, there are some nice graphical additions almost all environment-related. Anyway and perhaps, I think It´s the moment to me to switch to another "2" intead ArmA 2. (Damn I´m quite frustrated right now)

I´ve finished my AAV7 model and textures. Now I´m in conversations with the guys of ACE/IMWM to see if they will use my model in their mod.

Well I´m working on my own version right now.

That´s true. Nobody is working on the up-armored versions. Not only the M1114 but the newest M1151/52. I´ve been thinking on starting a new mod ala Combat! or BAS focused on US equipment only (Humvees, FMTs, MTVRs etc...) due to the lack of this kind of addons But i´m just a 3D modeler/texturer (I´m working for a videogame studio so this is what I do every day) and a mod requires more people including scripters, O2 operators (I do my models in other 3d software) and so on. But hey! if someone is interested and your skills are high enough for this, we could talk about all this stuff.
