@Stefan I have some real sounds for T-34,marder,sherman,panther and sdkfz if you want them.

Well,i'm playing A1 yet and it is very noticeable.Especially when turning around.And it's not about my hardware,i have Raptor 10000 rpm,4870x2 and E8600 @3.6 Ghz.Also i keep view distance just enough for the mission,mostly 500-1500.

What about taking a look at "Addons&Mods:complete"?

Search these forums for:installing mods.You'll find everything you need to know.

That shows we really need patch.The game should first use all available ram,then use pagefile and as last resort read from game directory.Otherwise there is no smooth gameplay for any of us ever.

I'd want to see there is finally at least hiddenselections for markings/random numbering/register plates for all military vehicles,so we could at least add markings/numbers ourselves.It's incredible that BIS hasn't learned that much from OFP/arma community addons!

You could also try Eliteness.

What's your directx version?Try reinstalling dx and arma.

That's not the correct way.There might be other messages too,arma shows only 1.What you should do is,download Eliteness.Depbo that addon,Derapify config.bin(save as config.cpp).Then open cpp with text editor and at very start of config you find line "RequiredVersion=",change it to say 1.00 and repbo.Very simple.;)

This has been problem since OFP,i hope it is finally going to be fixed.

You can use drivers for some other monitor which has same capabilities,ie refresh/resolution.;)

Yes,you have to open weapons.pbo(i think,i'm still playing arma(1))and find ammo for that weapon.Then just edit "hit" value,0 means no damage.

Maybe you could ask above mentioned finns if they want to exchange some stuff with your mod?

Well,we need 2 more tools.First is something like Pbox for OFP,so we can view p3d's inside pbo's.Second is like WrpTool for OFP,so we can add/replace objects on original islands also.

Well,there is FDF mod for arma,though much smaller.And there is FWW2 - Finland At War 1939-1945 under development.Also FDF mod is coming for arma2 some day.But of course ,more mods is always the better.;)

Well,i have done it this way in arma(1):in @ECS folder is most of my addons which are just pbo's.Others that need folders like six tracers or @RA i have installed at their own folders.Works well enough.

Upgrade to Ati 4850/4870/4890,whichever you can afford.What's your cpu?Also your hdd is slow,i would recommend WD Velociraptor.
