i am not sure but i have the same pc as you and i stopped getting read errors for a few days now there are a few things to try . Use Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) to remove existing drivers completely and install the latest version. Check Windows Event Viewer for WHEA Errors - then its hardware Look for WHEA (Windows Hardware Error Architecture) errors in the Event Viewer (under Windows Logs > System).
