Hi @yanok-63, thanks for getting in touch with his question ๐ We aren't currently planning on doing cross progression or any account transfers. You'll have to start over, but grinding is definitely one of the great things about Vigor ๐ช๐

Hi @rshort3, it's good to hear that it's since been better, but it does sound like a frustrating glitch - we're sorry that you're experiencing it. If you happen to catch a clip of this in the future, please do get in touch ๐ Can you also please let us know how often you come across this glitch? Dealing with cheaters remains a priority for us, and we appreciate any cheating reports that are sent through our in-game Report System ๐ You can send these reports to us by going to the 'last played with' tab, which you'll find in the Options menu when you're in your Shelter ๐ If you also have any clips of players cheating in the game, you can send them to us at vigor@bistudio.com ๐ง๐

If you happen to know the exact date and time you took these videos, please include that info the the email, along with your Vigor ID and the time zone you're playing from ๐ Your Vigor ID is the long string of letters, numbers and dashes that show in the bottom left of your screen when you open the Options menu from your Shelter ๐ ๐

Hi @Julian Black, thanks for your post about these two aspects of the game ๐ The friends' leaderboards were not included in the game since Season 17 because of a technical issue. Thank you for this feedback about those leaderboards and for mentioning that you'd like to see them return to Vigor in the future ๐ช Our team is also aware of the bug that is causing mementos to not appear in the display areas in the Shelter ๐ They are currently working on a fix for this ๐ ๏ธ ๐

Hi @Valkuran, thanks to reports we received through our official report system we have been able to take appropriate action against certain cheaters ๐ช so please do keep using that system to report any players you suspect are cheating. Hi @Valkuran, there were instances previously when the aim assist would stick too much on certain targets, giving less control to the player. Our tweaks have made it less "sticky" and not as intrusive for players using it. We'll let our team know that you're not seeing much difference when the aim assist is on or off, thank you for this feedback ๐๐

Hi @Valkuran, we made some changes to the aim assist in our Season 18 update, so it's less prominent than it was before. Hi @wezcz, thanks for reaching out about this. From looking at the video it's possible that this player has put quite a lot of hours into Vigor and might know the best spots to look for players on the map - or maybe he could hear some gunshots and headed in that direction ๐ซ๐ In this case the behavior does not seem suspicious - but if you do come across any players showing suspicious behavior, you can report them through our in-game Report System ๐๐

Hi @sopissed, we're sorry if you've encountered cheaters in the game who are spoiling the fun. The best option would be to report a player you suspect is cheating, which you can do through the in-game Report System. You can find this in the 'last played with' tab that's accessible through the Options menu. We also recently took action against certain cheaters thanks to the reports we received through that system ๐ช Thank you for helping us tackle this issue! ๐

We're not currently working on adding weapon modifications to the game because we have a variety of different weapons for the Outlands ๐ซ We also do not have plans at the moment to have a trading system. Can you please let us know where you're playing from, which PlayStation console you're using, and how long you've been experiencing this problem? ๐ Are you also seeing a "Preparing Server" message before it's cancelled, or is it going from "Looking for an Elimination/Shootout" straight to "Matchmaking Cancelled"? ๐ -

Hi @The Thorkiller, Thanks for getting in touch about these issues. They can be caused by lag, which is why we recommend all players use a wired connection if they don't already use one. Thanks as well for the clips you've sent us, we'll share these with our team in case the issues you've raised here need to be investigated. If you experience something similar in the future, it would be a great help if the network stats are switched on in the clips, as this would also help us look into potential issues from our side ๐ Can you also please let us know which Xbox console you're playing on? ๐๐ -

Hi @SavageGameplay, once you unlock your first Cosmetic that tab will become accessible ๐ You can unlock these either by finding them in Crates or by purchasing Cosmetics from the in-game shop ๐
