retexture How to retexture based on another mod .p3d model ?

Hello guys, I'm new to modding and i want to make a new uniform .paa texture (moroccan and algerian camo) based on an other mod .p3d model, can you please explain to me how to do the config file or a template that i would be grateful to use ? Thank you so much.
