I took a launcher where the reticule didn't actually correspond to the ammo it was firing. I found the .paa file for the reticule. I fixed the lines on the .paa file - saved as a new one. Now i want to replace the texture on the launcher's scope with my new one. Only I can't find the line in it's config that points to the reticule texture. I was expecting something like scopeOptic = addon\data\myReticule.paa How do? Cheers, Law
Hello, my pleasure, I'm a Brazilian who needs help, I remember that before my last format I found a plugin for editing images .paa by photoshop, but unfortunately I did not find it any more. I would like to know if someone has it or knows where I can find it, even if there is the text2view tool I think I can do the editing and conversion only through photoshop, easier than going through two programs.
Hello BohemiaInteractive Community, I wanted to try me on some retexturing of the Van from the new Laws of War DLC. I am currently running the DAV-Branch of Arma 3 and I already placed the desired Vehicles with the Eden Editor and they got displayed correctly, so the DLC should be installed correctly. The path is: "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Arma 3\Addons" and I looked in the folder "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Arma 3\Orange\Addons", too. There is no .pbo file in the Orange Addons folder. The PBO Manager (Version 1.4 beta from the official BohemiaInteractive page) works with other vehicles not from the Orange/Laws of War DLC such as the Hachback and the Offroader. Does anyone know how I could fix this? Furthermore I want to ask, if it is possible to mount the blue lights on top of the other Vans like Cargo one (there are only yellow lights mountable). jts_2009 posted a topic in ARMA 3 - MISSION EDITING & SCRIPTINGHello. I noticed 1 problem with setObjectTexureGlobal command (with .paa format in general in steam workshop...). For example my friend hosts a mission, so he is the host. In mission there are some objects, where I added path to the texture (icons\MyTexture.paa). When we start the mission - sometimes, but not always, I see error message - cannot load texture 'myTexture.paa'. And if we continue to play the mission, there are some objects on the way, which becomes custom texture with setObjectTextureGlobal command (executed on server only, evidently...). But it doesn't work too (Well if at mission start there was an error, then nothing will load with setObjectTexture command). Exception is only with hint parsetext and so on, where all works fine. Also the .paa-images by Host-player works fine. Only if you are client, there is that error. But it's not always. And this problem appears only if you download the mission from steam workshop. If you use .pbo file, which is in your MPMissions - there is no problems with textures. Anybody know maybe some solution to this..?
