I've made multiple purchases and not gotten them after. I tried contacting customer aupport and basically got completely blown off!!!
I've NEVER had this from a game or support before. The only reaponse I recieved was "turn it off and back on" and then DAYS LATER, I get a link to this forum and told to post here about it!!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!?! This is RIDICULOUS and I'm FURIOUS!!! I have the emails to forward to show which support person I was in contact with but I want a refund for what I purchased and haven't gotten. I'm deleting anything you have to do with and I'll make sure to recount this experience on every single forum or comment section I ever find myself in. I'm SO PISSED OFF!!
