Crashing on menu after a few seconds

If i am quick enough i can start a single player game, which crashes in about 10 seconds, but I can play VR Training just fine -
When I launch ARMA 3, my game becomes unresponsive, and i get the exit code: 0xCFFFFFFF - STATUS_APPLICATION_HANG pls help
