    sorry for the lack of info, i'm not sure of what is useful and what not! i link you the mission, its whithout scripts because scripts are just for domination, so useless for this purpose. http://www.filedropper.com/mission_22 anyway its more or less what i did....i made a "fast" respawn for common vehicles and a "slow" respawn for more powerful vehicles (like war helos, warplanes, tanks ecc..) i had to use a respawn for every vehicle with arsenal, becasue i didnt found a way to re-add arsenal to a respawning vehicle except by using respawn module expression field. thanks for your help !

  4. hi all! i use TADST 3.0.0 to run my dedicated server, with my own custom mission. with 1.58 was everything ok (tested with up to 8 players in), but with 1.60 and 1.62 i have a tragic problem with desync 100000. i didnt edited mission, not changed hardware or connection. desync 100000 is constant for joining players (even for just 1 player on server). server itself run at 47-48 fps with no problem at all. i'm on a 7mb (download, 0.4mb upload) connection....i know its few but is the same as 1.58, when everything was fine! hope you can help me setting the server properly to solve this problem, that is making game unplayable! thankssss!

    thanks for the help guys ! no mods, i mean, i usually use ACE3 and ALiVE mod, but i tested whithout any mods, even whitout scripts....and problem persist! about firewall, windows one is off, and about router one, i'm in DMZ before (1.58 ) and now (1.62) , so no change :( thanks anyway, i'm reading the guide-tutorial now....hope to find something useful ! thanks !

    hello guys, i was working on a multiplayer mission, and after the 1.60 "upgrade" my friends can no longer play due to a "desync 100000". its like they see thing happening 1 to 5 minutes later. minutes, not seconds eh. and theyr ping is good (30 to 60 ms) another old mission i made a lot of time ago did the same....desync 100000. now....i didnt changed anything, in both the missions, and my friends too. connection its the same (not very good, a 7mb download and 0,4 mb upload) ..BUT was working perfectly with 6 players in 1.58 any help will be welcome, thanks !

    ...i'm sorry guys....but i really need some help. must be something changed in 1.60....i readed the changelog but cannot really understand what to do to revert to 1.58 settings !
  8. hi all ! for technical problems with my server (desync 100000 post) i need the 1.58 dedicated server executable....but the code " Arma3Legacy158" ...seems to no longer work ! how can i roll back to 1.58 ? huge thanks !

    hello guys! benargee, on what connection are you ? because a friend of mine with a 100mb connection has no costant desync too...the problem is that the same un-edited mission was working perfectly to mee too (i'm on a 7mb connection) with no desync (tested up to 8 people inside). thats the problem ! thanks anyway !

    hello guys! i'm really trying to stay constructive, but to be honest i have a bit the same feeling as Wavestar. let alone the mods and all external content...they seems to be downgrading theyr own vanilla game. for me (and thats personal taste for sure , but also a bit of "facts") the 1.58 was superior. I dont want to start an offtopic about graphics and so on...but for sure, the same mission (un-edited from february 2016) was running flawlessly for at least 8 people, now (1.60 and 1.62) on the exactly same conditions (PC, connection ecc...) cannot let 1 player join whithout desync 100000, and you know desync 100000 makes it totally unplayable. thas a "fact", not a personal taste. even looking from a "vanilla game" perspective, in a matter of few hours of 1.60 (and 1.62) download, i've passed from: "hey friends, i open the server, lets play"...to "sorry guys, desync makes aram3 unplayable, lets go on warband". ...as i saied i'm tryng to solve this trouble, asked the forum, even made a ticket, but no solution (they dont even answered to ticket). right now i'm confined to singleplayer....and because i'm a multiplayer guy (thats my personal "limit / problem", ok) i will probably be forced to play something else. what makes me sad...is that was working perfectly with 1.58, was really happy with it, friends too...now forced to shut-off. a bit sad :( a big thanks to Benargee, that got a brilliant idea ! i'm searching right now ! finger crossed ! :)

    you surely are right about player base, but right now not 1 player can join my server whithout desync 100000 ! so at least with 1.58 my friends can join and play togheter ! i need at least the server .exe file, no way to find it somewhere ?

    hello guys..... i've been patient and waited, hoping in a fix or something...but the support ticket didnt got an answer, so you guys are my last hope ! i still have this huge desync problem....i didnt got it in 1.58, so its probably something with the new 1.60 patch. any help will be really appreciated, becasue right now i cannot play with anyone on my server ! thanks !

    hello jackal! i thinked the same...but unfortunately i tried removing all scripts (and mods) and didnt changed ! i usually use latest CBA_A3, ACE3 and ALiVE mods, but for testing purposes i re-make the whole mission from ground up with ARMAIII vanilla (no mods at all) and with no scripts at all ! still same result ! thats why i'm disappointed ! what makes me worry is that it was working with no desync at all in 1.58 . they changed some MP code ? mah ! thanks anyway, was a good idea!

    guys, huge thanks for your answers ! i really appreciate ! well, i run the dedicated on the same PC where i play, and you right, its not good. and my connection is not good too (7mb download and 0,4mb upload). the very, very strange thing is that i can still host another mission (simpler, with very few vehicles) with no problem for 8 players! about CPU, i'm pretty sure its not that, becasue server runs at solid 46-47 FPS, while my own client at 45-46 FPS. anyway my friends desync even if i have arma3 client shut down...so its unlikely it. about Retch good idea, yes i tried, and my friends server works perfectly (i dont desync on his server, while he desync on mine), but he got like a 100MB download and 10Mb upload connection. the point is that...a mission working perfectly on 1.58 (and never changed in months) now with 1.60 doesnt work anymore (it desync for other people). i really cant understand whats wrong , and if i can do something about it! thansk for your help guys !

    ------------ EDIT ------------------ forgot to mention i'm on dedicated server. i play from the same machine, and have no desync at all. i'm not using mods. no scripts too, just mission.sqm. seems that there is an unusually long "receiving data" loading time for my friends when they desync. just to test i splitted the mission by deleting some objects and modules, and seems that the problem persist. i tried re-make the mission from a fresh new empty map. at first everything seemes fine....but adding units on the map seems to increase desync. the very strange thing, is that this and another mission (not edited in months) suddenly got this problem, while weeks ago they just runned fine for many players (tested up to 6 player). thanks for any help, bye!

    i just noticed (on my own images, at page 37, lol) that the clock in 1.58 has light effects on it ! like at dawn has a sort of red-tint, while 1.60 seems always the same.

    sorry eh guys,i didnt wanted to cause troubles with my own point of view, i'm just worried. one may like or not the new colors, thats ok, everyone has its own tastes. there are for sure "bugs", like the lights too weak at night or the clothes not blending in correctly. but i hope this will be solved. i just wish there was a button to "revert" to old graphic, so while who likes the "new version" play with it, i can still play what gives me the better feeling of realism. thats all. PS: and i dont want to rely on mods, i'm already forced to rely on ACE3 for realistic gameplay, ALiVE for mission creations, RHS for game units, now i need also a mod for a realistic-looking graphics ? NO THANKS, WRONG WAY. (in my opinion).

    hi Vasily. reading the general rules i think you should remove the images from quotes, anyway, what you mean with "post your problem" ? because my "problem" is 1.60 visual. the water reflect effect is good, but for the rest i prefer 1.58 visual... ...do you have any concrete (like specific slider values) suggestion to bring it back ? thanks !

    hello guys ! i really thinked to be wrong...i was pretty sure that developers IMPROVED graphics, how can they do wrong ? tried and tried to convince myself that i was wrong, and 1.160 graphics was right. then i decided to download the 3 GB old 1.58, and prepared this editor mission just for this reason. to be the most honest possible, i tested different times of the day (04:00-06:00-12:00-19:00-23:00), and clear and storm condition (0% and 100% on both sliders) here the results (sry for the big image, i dont know how spoiler it): ...judge yourself...you probably already know at this point, i say it now to not influence you before view images, left colums is 1.58, right is 1.60. and was not even true that night was too bright in old 1.58....just look the first image, at 04:00 in the morning. i even lost around 10 fps from 1.58 to 1.60. i really have no words. here storm version:

    eh i'm by no means expert, but i see ALiVE mod team fixed the errors somehow, i still have errors with ACE3 (i cant play arma3 whithout it), hope they will fix it too ! i suppose you just have to wait a bit to see if they fix that. Sure is that BIS could have keep some sort of retro-compatibility to save us and mod makers this useless problem.
  23. hello there ! i wish to have a little help on a simple problem: where arma3 store the NON-dedicated server mission list? ...because i have soo many unused old missions in this list... i deleted the folders but they still appear in the multiplayer --> host missions list! thanks!
  24. hi all ! i really, really, really wish the ACE3 mod was integrated in vanilla (standard, default) ARMA-3 ! every feature in ACE3 is a MUST for a game like ARMA-3 ! thanks, bye !
