Just purchased OA (already had ARMA 2)

Ok. So I purchased OA today (physical CD copy)....Already had ARMA2 installed and playing (again, physical copy, not a Stream).

Questions. When I install OA......Do I need to put all my "mod folders" into OA directory?? Or will they automatically appear when OA is up and running??

Do most weapons mods / skin mods that worked with ARMA 2....Do they work in OA as well?

(For the record I'm install OA when I get home from work today....bought it on my lunch break)...
