timberwolf 0 Posted April 24, 2002 Dude, you're better off going to the ofpeditingcenter forum, a lot of the guys that have done p3d mods are moderators there, and there is a forum just for 3d editing.
Dawdler 0 Posted April 24, 2002 The above is your best shot. I havent got a clue, but its somewhere along the line of using the obj2p3d with the original and your file to make a new one. "I have now all the changes back in the p3d file, and what now??" Or do you mean you want to make it an addon and the p3d is finished?
Eviscerator 0 Posted April 24, 2002 right copy the ural.p3d_ (should look something like that, not sure exactly) put it in a new folder and rename it 'commadoural.p3d' now download an addon or look for one in your addons directory of a ural addon, depbo it, copy the .cpp into your folder with the 'commandoural.p3d' in, open the .cpp and change all the names where it has the addon names to 'commandoural' once youve done that use obj2p3d to put the edited block into the .p3d then pbotool it into a pbo whack it in your addons folder and see whether it works
Jegorex 0 Posted April 24, 2002 I use the ural truck from the demo, thats ok. Need i xPack, or unpack-sqm to unpack the p3d file. when i use xpack the first 4 numbers are not MLOD, when i use unpack-sqm the first numbers are MLOD.
