Make Map Elevations Legible

Maybe it's just me but I'm having a hard time reading the elevation on some of the new maps. Is there any existing fix for this? Is this something I could do?

Black or dark brown fonts would really help.

Empty or civilian units that shows up orange, on orange colored roads, wasn't a very good combination either.

Empty and civilian units are no longer shown on the map anyway (outside of the editor).

Anyway, IMO, in game the map should be textureless like it was in OFP. Never understood why they changed that.

BIS thought it was cool to have textured map so your video card RAM was even more overloaded. It is pretty cool for editor purposes and the very few instances where the capability for satellite terrain imagery on map is a realistic capability.

ArmA2 had the dark brown and light brown contours... why they added red contours in OA is beyond me.
