That is simply not true. As I have told you by PM before, Delta Hawk is aware of this thread. If he does not reply in any way, be it by PM, email or here in the thread you can consider this as a "no way you can modify my work".

The rule which says that if you do not hear from the original creator within a given time does not apply here anymore as the original creator (Delta Hawk) can not be considered gone.

Strange behaviour, what does it cost him to simply PM his refusal ?

In the past the community has always waited a couple of months before considering the author gone, and default behaviour was to go ahead and use whatever was done.

However, I do somewhat remember Delta Hawk saying that he was being deployed overseas, and I believe he did not ever want anyone to modify his work.

I did what I was asked for and established contact with him. He said he will look into that when he has time for it. End of story, at least for me. :)

That is water under the bridge man. I am already past that, and by now you should be too. The only reason that I used your addons before was because (and I will state again) you prematurely banned me from your community before I could even become a part of it, when the only thing i had in my mission was an orange gate (that was in a public aussie life DL, and still is...)

This very abrupt and unneccisary ban was the cause of my spite. So there for one of your own beta testers who evidently didnt like the wa that you and your admin treated people over there at city life, sold you out and we used your addons in a private mission.

I have since then calmed down on the issue, and removed ALL of CL addons, scripts, etc..

I have (as well as other admins over at CL, wont mention any names) already gotten over the little dispute. So should you.

I don't like the fact that you are just popping in this thread flaming it up, when my last post stated that I will "play fair, and not release the textures". Therefor it is no harm, no foul.

Certainly, Citizen Society RPG is a roleplaying mod I have made for Arma 2. The base of the scripts are from CL:R, and we have permissions from the original creator Issetta. However, this is no CL:R. I have retextured crown victoria's, police officers, etc.

And as far as the mission is concerned, I have bus routes, AI interaction, police station, jail, fishing company, recreational park, etc.. I have just re-vamped everything including the scripts to boost the role playing experience. You may qualify to join by filling out the BETA application.

Issetea has never released his mission to anyone. CL:R is a stolen version of Saharini Life and ported over to ARMA2, so I'm sure Isstea has given you permission to use his stolen work from another game...NOT.****

I'll give you the benefit of the doubt and say that you have changed your ways,but until you want other people in the community who make there own stuff through hard work, you should start doing the same. You as well as the other RPG mods have some good ideas, but you are going at the totally wrong way of carrying them out.

Issetea has given my mod (inadvertently me...) permission to use his original version of CL:R scripts. Many people do not know that the original writers of the CL:R scripts is Issetta and his friends. Most people think that "Pogoman" (thief) is the rightful owner of these scripts, when if-fact he ported them over from Arma to Arma 2 without Issetta's permission. I am not meaning to flame or anything like that man, and as far as all of the other drama goes, as I mentioned before I am already past that. And for the record, Issetta did give me the permissions to use his scripts, because he said, and I quote... "Yes, that is more than fine, because honestly you are the first person the even ask me for my permission." Because many poeple including the HG server just stole his work.

However on an ending note, this thread was merely just to show something that I retextured. I have not recieved any messages from Delta Hawk, so therfor I will not be realesing them to the public.

Sorry for the drama everybody.

Delta Hawk just informed me by email that:

I do not and did not give them permission for them to modify or release a new version of my police car addon. Regardless of whether or not I've been active in the community, it is still violating international copyright laws.

Thus this thread stays locked and all screenshots have been removed.

Interesting. How then come that Issetea never heard from your or your Mod? By now it's obvious that you have not changed your behavior at all.
