Invalid CD Key on new Install, Please Help

I bought the ARMA2 PC-DVD software from BEST-BUY here in the USA and I cannot enter the CD key provided on the sticker inside the case. Says the key is invalid.

This is a new install of the game. I am using Vista 64-Bit system.

The game came with a game disc and a manual disc inside, with a white lable sticker inside the case.

I have tried to enter the key uppercase,lowercase, using the letter O and number zero.

This is a new install, Any ideas.

Please Help Me

is it when you install the game itself, or when you try to update it it says it is invalid?

If it is when you are updating it, try to run the game one time first, and then update.

Its when I install the game itself, I cannot install the game on my computer.

not sure but i would take it back to Best Buy and get another copy.

Send Placebo(the head moderator) a PM about your issue, he can check the validity of the CD-key.

Thanks will try Placebo. The nearest Best buy is 25 miles, if Placebo cannot help me, then off for a little drive.

Please refrain from bumping your threads just because you don't get an answer.

Best-Buy again... I don't know how many people we had here in the past which had problems with their cd-keys. I would return it, get a refund and buy it at some more reliable place.

Placebo is on vacation until June 12th so it might be faster to get back to the store.
