max power 21 Posted April 13, 2010 Warfare is a mission type, not a mod. The concept has been considerably expanded since ArmA. There are single player and multiplayer warfare missions bundled with ArmA 2, and some of the campaign features warfare style gameplay. The mission 'Superpowers' is an example of a warfare style mission. Are you asking if ArmA 2 has an ArmA 1 style warfare mission or what? Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

Yes warfare and superpower missions involve placing buildings manually, you can also mobilise your HQ and move it to a new location to build secondary bases etc. And yes playable with Ai and with either yourself as the commander or the AI as the commander. You will find the Superpower feature in multiplayer, if there isnt a server already hosting superpower, then click new select internet or Lan if you prefer not to host a live game, then select chernaraus map (spelling :) ). Then scroll down mission list and you will see Superpowers at the bottom followed by When Diplomacy fails (if your patched upto v1.5) which is also a Warfare style mission. For the last time. Warfare is a mission, not a mod. Superpowers is a Warfare scenario. Superpowers is a multi-player mission. You can play it if you start a multi-player game.
