jpinard 10 Posted March 4, 2010 Here's the scenario, I place a whole bunch of different units, and then what to use that same set in several different maps for testing. Its seems like I read there was a way to do this, but I can't remember where/how. Is this possible? Thanks! :)

Deadfast 43 Posted March 4, 2010 Shift + Ctrl + V should paste them into the same exact position rather than at the mouse cursor IIRC too.
jpinard 10 Posted March 4, 2010 'Merge' button on right of screen :icon_rolleyes: I tried that first, but it only brings up the same type of map I'm currently in (example I'm editing in the excellent Quesh Kibrul map). But I was trying to take all that data and wanted to place it in other maps I'm testing (ex. Watkins Island). I know you can copy/paste all over the same map - that's obviously not hard. Just copy, close current map, open other map, paste.
dmarkwick 261 Posted March 4, 2010 Just copy, close current map, open other map, paste. This is how you do it :) Select everything, copy, open new map, paste. Adjust.
