Changing mouseover unit name

I've been trying to work out how to change the mouse over name (if that makes sense?)

I know how to use description.ext and setIdentity to give the units dialoque names and such, but I cannot for the life in me work out how to change the mouse over names. Not sure if it is at all possible?

The question originates from me wanting to make an afghan style mission, complete with a bit of civilians in various compounds. I'm using the Taliban models from Schnapsdrossel, which can be used as independents, but their "mouse over names" are Taliban (AA) etc. And while I have no quarrels using them as neutrals as is, it would just be icing on the cake if I could change that somehow.

Any help would be appreciated, even a simple "No, it cant be done." ;)

If ever this must be changed in the units config file, in which case this should be in Configs&Scripting (addons).
