caprera 0 Posted January 25, 2010 I downloaded many times a mod for Arma2. the problem is that everytime i keep using the same file once overwritten. In the archive .pbo file size is say 150Mb. Once extracted its 140Mb like the old one. Seems like Windows7 is not overwriting the file. I tried to "unblock" the archive file just downloaded, extrating in another folder than "Addons" and using winrar as administrator. The old file has been cancelled and still the size it not changing. Same name new download old size... Someone told me about "auto-backup" in windows Vista and maybe 7 too, but it's not clear... Any ideas ^^ ? Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

I tried to change its name via 7.zip program nothing ! 76 0 Posted January 25, 2010 Windows 7 is giving me quite a few problems... some nice features but I think I'll wait for the first service pack, back to Vista x64 or Xp x64 for me... side note: ArmA runs no better on Win7 x64 than Vista x64 for me (15 mth old very nice PC)... yet to try XP x64...
