"Empty objects" doesn't appear in the options

im a little familiar with the editor i played ofp and arma, that why im very sure that im not getting the option to put "empty objects", i uninstall the game and reinstall it and i got a "wron cd key" warning i realise when i ignore it i was able to star the instalation process, and able to play the game, but now i can't do any updates cause i get the "wron cd key" warning again you think is related, and i got the game in the store just yesterday, when i first installed it never ask me to register

Im running Win xp 64 bit

You must place a 'player' unit in the editor before 'Empty' objects becomes available for use.

SIDE: Blufor

OPFor

Independent

Civilian

Ambient Life

Those are the only options i get, im missing "Empty Objects" and "Game Logic"? i think, so anyone encouter this problem can help me out

Once again ... In the editor you must put down the players unit on the map, once you have the unit you will be playing placed on the map, Empty objects and Game Logic will be available for use.

If you want to be blufor then place a blufor unit for the player, if you want to be opfor then choose an opfor unit for the player.

Whichever you choose is irrelevant, until you have placed a unit for the player you will not have Empty objects or Game Logic available for placement.

I had a problem like that before too. You must place "you" on the map first. Once you have "player" on the map, then Empty comes up as an option.
