Hmm is this possible (Camera)

Hi, you know how when you press ALT two times real fast you are able to pan around with your mouse ? I want to know if there is a way I can pan around like that but be able to get in front of my soldier, for example pressing alt twice only gives me so much control, I want to be able to pan 360 degrees (while soldiers face is forward). Is there a command for this?

er... that's the free look keybind, it allows you to turn your soldier's head and no, you cannot turn any heads 360 degrees. Its not something new.
