How about more single player MP type missions?

Lots of good stuff floating around Armaholic lately but everything I try is always MP only. The goals of some of these nicers MP missions are pretty fun yet they cannot be played single player. ACE mod for example has some pretty slick features but I couldn't find a decent single player experience. I know that just came out but I guess you can't really find good MP maps that are single player compatible. Even basic recruitment of troops would be a start. If they die, then let them respawn etc.

It's got ACE2 in it, unfortunately along with a bunch of other content needed as well. It uses SOM's reinforce so if squad members die a heli will come drop off replacements. It's not respawn or recruit exactly but it helps.

you could always build your own missions in the editor and play them, and even just play them in the editor.

Yeah it's really not hard to drop some supply containers, make a group of you and some frendlies and have them attack an enemy base

And it's not even that hard to make the encounters random so that you , as the "designer" never really are too sure where they'll be and how many.

its realy easy to make urself a mission making myself mp missions for Clan but now iam kinda working on a campaign :)
