Blechreiz 0 Posted November 9, 2009 (edited) If your game does restart in full screen mode even if you have selected window mode ingame you should add -window to your shortcut. Mine is now like: "C:\Program Files\Bohemia Interactive\ArmA 2\beta\arma2.exe" -mod=beta;@VopSound_2.1 -nosplash -window ----------------------- An option that will select the maximum space avaible in window mode would be nice. In many games I double-click on the top of the window and it maximizes to the space avaible on my desktop. In ArmA2 ive got to drag it on my own depending what applications are active in the background. Edited November 9, 2009 by Blechreiz
suma 8 Posted November 10, 2009 Window / Fullscreen is currently not remembered by the game. If you want the game to launch windowed, you need to use -window. Do you think this should be different and the game should remember your choice of Windowed / Fullscreen?
bluesteel 0 Posted November 10, 2009 I think the average user expects this choice to be remembered by the game, since this is how most other games work. If I set a game to windowed and click save/apply, I usually expect it to stay windowed until I change the setting again, no matter if I restart the game or not. rundll.exe 12 Posted November 10, 2009 Agreed, but now that alt-enter switches it, its not much of a problem
