BeerHunter 0 Posted September 9, 2009 Just wondering if the change log reflects ALL the work being done to patch the game or if there's other items not included such as fixes/adjustments to the AI as mentioned numerous times in the forums , bugs in the campaign and scenarios as mentioned in the forums etc. etc. Are these being worked on in the background with the intention of releasing them with the full patch or might they be added to the beta patch at a later date. sempavieh 10 Posted September 9, 2009 Hope so too, those beta-builds represent just minor changes, there was nothing real interesting in it till now.
dogz 10 Posted September 9, 2009 short answer to thread topic...no I am sure we will see and are seeing more than listed in the changelogs. It has already been stated by a dev somewhere on this forum that the logs dont reflect every tweak hence the numbers not matching. I am sure they will save any optimisation for an official patch
maddogx 13 Posted September 9, 2009 Also, the beta patches do not contain new model or texture data, for example optimized foliage and buildings, most likely because they would make the betas a lot bigger. The point of the beta patches is so people can test engine, UI and MP tweaks.
