Wags 10 Posted September 4, 2009 When playing, I will give the "supress" command to my automatic rifleman, but I don't think the command goes through. When I click "supress" the little commands box disappears, and nothing happens. My player/character doesn't say anything like "1,2, supress" and nobody else says anything. It seems like nothing happens. Yet, when I give other commands, they all work (such as move, fire, engage, disengage, hold fire, heal, the various formation commands, etc.) Is there something wrong? Or do I just not understand how the supress command works?
Moosed 10 Posted September 4, 2009 it just straight up doesn't work... what else would you expect...
Wags 10 Posted September 4, 2009 it just straight up doesn't work...what else would you expect... Are you just saying that, or is there really something wrong with the supress command?

-RIP- Luhgnut 10 Posted September 4, 2009 No, or Yes, it doesn't work. If you want to suppress, you have to do it yourself.
Njayjay 10 Posted September 5, 2009 Are they planning on fixing this? It's pretty ridiculous not to have it working. I can recall many times I've had to resort to trial and error quicksave/load to get past encounters because of the lack of it. It's desperately needed in CQB especially. 50.cal 10 Posted September 5, 2009 Hopefully it is not working. I can see it from here : "3 suppress that target" "2 watch you fire got dammit!" "2 I'm hit!" "4 watch you fire got dammit!" "4 corpsman!" Forget that bug pile. Like everybody here you've paid for a pre-alpha demo. Have fun...

50.cal 10 Posted September 5, 2009 I would suggest a new soundtrack that should not trigger to many soundbugs to go with those funny moments : http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uEcTMGTGAiY&feature=quicklist :D
