Disabling the scoreboard

Gents, there are numerous threads on this but not one tells me how to disable the scoreboard. People skirt around the idea but noone says how you bloody do it!

Any help please?

In your server's default.arma2profile under whatever difficulty level you want to disable it under set NetStats to 0.

Is there a way of doing this mission side? So the score is unviewable until your all either dead or mission completed ?

I tend to find in tactical mission a few people tend to die cause they keep checking their score to see how many people they killed, while in the middle of a firefight :p

Thats the exact reason why I am disabling the scoreboard in my missions for Silent Warriors!

To disable the scoreboard, you can simply trap the key via a display keyDown event handler. Just intercept the keys for actionKeys "NetworkStats" and return true to indicate you have handled the event and not to pass it on to the default game handler. That's how I do it in Devastation for the scoreboard replacement.

Better yet Dale, just make a script that when anyone presses "i" a "Pimp" appears out of nowhere and bitchslaps him. I'll model us a pimp, no problem :D
