When driving the truck, why do I always hear doors slamming shut as I drive?

And when driving the motorcycle, why does the engine sound like it is always revving up and down instead of staying at a constant speed?

The motorcycle one is definably a bug. Not so sure about the truck one, could be intentional.

Unless it's always revving, even while at a stop, that's normal for a bike. It'll rev up, shift gears, and the engine is now running at a lower RPM. You keep going faster, and it revs up again until it shifts one more time. It's just more obvious on bikes than it is in cars.
