Is it possible to add more maps/folders to the MP Missions.

You now have as default utes and chernau.

Can i create folders with Coop - T&T - S&D so you can place a lot of mission online and keep it organized?

I tried and failed, interested in possible solutions as well.

On the same vein : is it possible to restrict mission list for certain instance of server depending on mod used? ie, I launch a 1st server with -mod=X, another server with -mod=Y, I'd like to have a different set of MPMissions for each

Should be possible. Just put a "MPMissions" folder in the mod-folder and have a go :)

Well its not that simple cause you won't see the folders on the server - only the mission in the root MPmissions folder are.

I do have another question can i remove the startard missions from the server? Like 01 Deathmatch; 02 Warfare and so on.

Look for the PROPER addon to be released for that very soon.

Ok cool - didn't knew that.

This looks like its for Armed Assault does it also suit Arma2?

I would like to have a chat with some server admins cause i feel there is more here then i know of - maybe we can get some sort of server admin group to talk about setting up servers how to use everything and all different features.
