Technically, your graphics might have capabilities to run ArmA, but this chipset is said to be noticeably slower than competing IGP solutions like ATI HD3200, I wouldn't buy the game.

I you want to see how bad can it be, try ArmA demo first (be sure to set details to the lowerst possible).

Upgrade to Ati 4850/4870/4890,whichever you can afford.What's your cpu?Also your hdd is slow,i would recommend WD Velociraptor.

You have onboard video so no, Arma would not work on your PC.

Regarding hard drive speed, I'd bet he has bigger issues to tackle (cpu, video card) than worrying about that.
