Benneb 10 Posted August 6, 2009 Hello All, Is it possible to create a marker with a text label that spans more than one line? I know you can use parsetext and <br/> on descriptions but so far i have not had any luck with markers.
kylania 568 Posted August 6, 2009 Does \n work? I can't test since Steam has seen fit to make me wait hours or patching to try anything.

JDog 11 Posted August 6, 2009 *lightbult over head* Yea just make another marker with like 0x0 dimensions. that or 1x1, make a rectangle with Border type, and make it a color that blends in to the map :P
Benneb 10 Posted August 6, 2009 I thought about that. Only problem i saw was when you zoom in and out of map the markers scale slightly. This would put the text out of alignment :(
JDog 11 Posted August 6, 2009 Yea true. IMO... marker text shouldnt be more than 2 words, MAYBE 3 if it's something totally awesome, like... "gee willickers batman!" Just PLEASE don't try to place this in marker text: supercalifragilisticexpialidocious
Benneb 10 Posted August 6, 2009 hah I know. :) What i wanted to do was create a list of all the units in a vehicle on the map. Instead of having everyones names overlapping. I might just go for the name of the pilot/driver and + number of passengers
