Several issues with Manhatten

First off, I did both of the capture tasks - first the girl at the church and then the man (house blows up etc). Then I went to Gorka and found the munitions dump and reported it (taking some weapons and ammo for myself of course ;))

Now Im about to start sweeping the area for enemy bases, here is my first concern. The option to order artillery attack is gone, under communications. Ive never used it, yet its no longer an option. Did one accidently get used some how? I thought I had three artillery orders too! So yeah, thats the first problem, the second problem is audio. Look at this video and please tell me Im not going insane

Seriously, the audio in this level is almost unbearable. The voices follow me everywhere from town to town. It started after approaching the city that the man lives in (the one whose house blows up)

Oh and yes, I know there are several Manhatten threads already open -please dont just consolidate this with them.

The voices are the radio.... talking about the Moscow bombing and such.

My guess is that you have some kind of radio with you...

Yeah, it is the radio but don't ask me how to turn it off. It nearly drove me insane. At first I thought that it was one of my team but later it played some music and that made me think it was a radio. It stops when the fighting starts so I just put up with it until it went away. I can't remember when that was though because I become deaf to it after a while.

It happened again in Badlands but it was the radio in an enemy truck I stole.

I usually found the radio voices in town, presumably from open windows. Out in the country you don't hear them.
