Morph 0 Posted March 12, 2002 Is it me that since 1.45/6 when playing coop maps, only the leader can 'right click' on enemy units to notify the group that he's spotted them? I used to always be able to 'right click' on a far away enemy and inform the group that I've spotted say e.g a BMP.. or a group of soldiers heading our way... It doesnt work anymore! deady 0 Posted March 12, 2002 Ive noticed this too. Revealing enemys seems to be a lottory these days. Even if im group leader, i can see some things, but still it wont reveal them. Morph 0 Posted March 19, 2002 Strange.. Why take a perfectly useful option out of a game? At the end of the day, using the 'ALL SCAN HORIZON' leader command has no use whatsoever if people can't report what they are even seeing?!!! It seems that the only unit of the group that can see AND report enemy units in the distance is the Leader, which makes no sense whatsoever (especially when he gets killed) BIS, can you let us know why this was taken out of 1.45/1.46??? SpaceRain 0 Posted March 19, 2002 Remember the first mission for the resistance army? Where you have the binoculars and you have to mark the targets for your leader while they blow up the tank? I'm not sure if it's the same problem, but it might be. I'm just playing this mission again now (1.46), and it doesn't work. Last time I just right-clicked on the soldiers, tanks, etc and he would call them out, but now nothing happens and I did check that my right mouse button is "Reveal target". Taurus 20 Posted April 10, 2002 I have encountered the same problem and one very annoying problem that might have something to do with this. When I'm a gunner in a tank e.g. M1A1, the commander targets the enemy, e.g. a T72, but do I see a targeting box? Answer: No I have to find the enemy all by my self, making it hard to impossble to kill other tanks. The same is happening in the choppers. Both of them making it booring to not worth playing tank platoon and helicopter missions in MP AND This happens in singelplayer too. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

I was playing a coop map the other night and the leader said '3, Target RPG Soldier'... But I didn't see any target box, so I had to guess which target he was referring to... Basically makes any targetting and revealling targets absolutely useless... I know BIS are busy with resistence, but I wish someone would comment on this... Morph 0 Posted May 2, 2002 I noticed something last night whilst playing a coop map.. The Group Leader ordered the 6 of us to go to different points on the map.. I was sniper at the time, and he ordered 6 to go to a certain point on the map. Now.. I sort of gathered that he meant me as it was a good sniping position, but it used to show up as a shaded green colour indicating that this was being said to you, not anymore it doesnt.. Also.. When the group leader issues a MOVE wp to a player . the yellow move box doesnt appear anymore! Any ideas Anyone? BIS? If its in the next patch, please let us know! jawk2 1 Posted May 4, 2002 i just mind how many time *not for kidding in mission* did u have the use of this Two radio command (listed in first): ammo low/empty fuel empty/low I just ask becse for my part i remember only put an "ammo empty" 3 months before when i was AT soldier and the chief ask me to hunt down a T80 with my simple M16 as loaded weapon....
