richardg 10 Posted June 29, 2009 Going to driver position gives you a nice internal view of the position. But the vision ports are opaque, and right clicking like you would do for the gunners postion only zooms in on the opaque viewports. "V" doesnt work like in arma1, numpad 0 and del only give you 3rd person views. Is BTR90 broke, or am I a 'tard?
blakeace 11 Posted June 30, 2009 numpad 0 gives me and internal viewport view. Numpad enter toggles internal external view.
CarlGustaffa 4 Posted June 30, 2009 You can remap "v" to work as before, since going all the way to numpad 0 is a bit awkward. The original "v" (jump) can be remapped to double "c". Works in the demo at least.
Excavus 10 Posted June 30, 2009 You can turn out by pressing Z, although you lose the protection of the APC.
Big Dawg KS 6 Posted June 30, 2009 I never understood why a lot of people never configure their controls before playing. It makes worthless threads like this disappear... :(
Jon K 10 Posted June 30, 2009 Wouldn't be worthless if people with the same question read it instead of posting. One of these first things people need to learn to do is set up their key commands. Some stock layouts in other games make me think the designer had 7 fingers.
richardg 10 Posted June 30, 2009 Well, I'm telling ya fellas that doesnt work for me. The BTR90 is coded wrong or something. Numbpad 0, or enter, I still cant see out of viewport (works in other vehicles like tanks). I know how to turn out. Heres the (time consuming) workaround. I goto gunner seat, right click to bring up scope, then jump to drivers seat. Then I can see out of viewport. If I goto another position, then back to driver seat, its stuck again, and have to do it all over.
