bradmax57 10 Posted June 22, 2009 Hi Just been out and purchased arma 2 this evening and installed it and ran the update from 1.1 to 1.2 but im just getting a blank screen with mouse cursor after the initial splash screen, any ideas? SRRViper 10 Posted June 22, 2009 I think arma had similar problems running with vista64 and more than 3gig memory not sure what the fix is though other than try taking a stick of memory out or maybe try the -maxmem line in the command prompt Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

SRRViper 10 Posted June 22, 2009 Create ArmA2.exe shortcut if you dont have one on your desktop and edit it by right clicking it and then click properties and then in the target line you will have something like this "x:\....\ArmA2\arma2.exe" -maxmem=2048 -nosplash -nosplash gets rid of the splashscreens at the start of the game. and try that Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
