EDITOR MODE Walk through Bangango and Forrests surrounding.. desertjedi 3 Posted May 13, 2009 (edited) The minimum frame rates in your benches are a little disturbing. Then again I never benched Arma with Fraps so who knows, maybe I'd find the same on my own rig. Hopefully, those are just quick glitches like texture-choking. Do you notice any chugging throughout all this? Is gameplay smooth? With a vid card like that, it sure as hell oughta be!!! I use a GTX 260 (192) but my cpu is set to 4.2Ghz. If you *ahem* raised your cpu speed, you would probably see a direct relationship between your Mhz increases and Arma frame rates - ESPECIALLY with your minimum frame rates...and especially when many AI are present. BTW, set your Shadow Detail (not Shading Detail) to High or Very High which, so I've heard, puts that load on your video card. In my own frame rate testing, I found that to make sense. Frames, Time (ms), Min, Max, Avg 1771, 31217, 46, 65, 56.732 Walking through forest shadows high.. Frames, Time (ms), Min, Max, Avg 2649, 32081, 67, 91, 82.57 Flying over Pariso shadows norm.. Frames, Time (ms), Min, Max, Avg 7362, 103159, 36, 112, 71.366 Flying over Pariso shadows high..
