Is it close to full?

Do you have a fixed swap file or do you let Windows manage it?

Your rig should have no problem running Arma.

I have 272 GB of Free Space on my C Drive and I have games bigger than ARMA on this computer.

Your Dads "profile"? A windows XP H/W profile?

or a ARMA profile?

Can you switch between both profiles, through the Start menu? Or is it only when you restart the computer?

Even though you have the space on your C: drive, and have 3.25GB of memory, YOUR H/W settings maybe not allow you to use it all.

According to windows, my account is a Admin. I didn't know that I was admin and how do I edit my settings?

Google is your friend.

But look at your page file;

rt.click on "MyComputer", select "Properties" (SystemProperties) /Advanced/Performance settings/ Advanced;select "Change".

There you will see your Pagefile.

also in SystemProperties/Hardware/ Hardware Profiles

SystemProperties is also in your contorlPanel.
