Cant set my ArmA settings properly.

I cant change my "ground detail" from very-low, I can run arma with full FPS of 60, and everything else works. jsut that I cant set my "ground detail" upper and it sucks, grass nowhere etc... help me plz!

try to erase your arma.cfg . it will be recreated

ps: file search => arma.cfg

EDIT: the file doesnt exist on my comp, or then its packed to some PBO r RAR or something

The file is located in -->   my documents/arma/arma.cfg

Just delete this "arma.cfg" and then start up the game and it will re-appear.
