Without seeing userid in 1.14, how do we tell?

We used to have the capability to see a person's userid so that if they came back with a different name we could kick them before they caused damage.

In 1.14 that is gone, so is there any way for us to tell users apart?

If not, that is really bad... we can vote in admin but we can't do anything when the person is griefing constantly with different names.

What tools do we have to use against them now?

How about admins voted in? Can they see?

If so, I'll make sure to let any voted admins know so they can keep an eye.
