Yipee! Got to be a good thing. But will we finally see the return of coolie hat support for looking left and right, absent since the demo?

Yeah, I can use my joystick view control to look around.

I've got MS Sidewinder Forcefeedback Pro.

Also, they should enforce the limit of how high you can go with joystick throttle even though it's been real fun to kill other chopper by going over them and shooting down smile.gif

You lucky swine. I've got a Logitech Force feedback and I've never managed to get the coolie hat working again. Ah well, any improvements are welcome though cause I do love flying in OFP.

All my coolie-hats works fine in OFP. But then again my TM F22pro emulates the keyboard biggrin.gif

It's the collective that bothers me smile.gif

The problem may easily be your controls setting are still from version 1.00. You can fix it be pressing "Default" in your control settings or by manually assigning your hat-view to look-direction control actions. If you have it assigned correctly, in line "Look left down" you should see two controls assigned: "1 [NUM]", "Pov 225 deg".

Hope this will help.

SUMA, I have a small issue regarding joystick-support. I have two joysticks connected to my pc:

1. 'gravis gamepad pro 'connected to midi port (this is the 'gameport' on the back of soundcards).

2. 'logitech wingman extreme digital 3d' (pretty long name, I know smile.gif ), connected to computer via USB port.

I'm running WinXP and I've set the USB joystick as 'default joystick' (in the directx gamepad control panel). However, in OF I can only use the one that is connected to the soundcard. When I remove the soundcard-connected gamepad, I can use the USB joystick in OF. But I need that other joystick for other games.

I also have the logitech SF, the hats are easily programmed for looking-around..!?!?

As I was (unsuccessfully) trying to circumvent the throttle sensitivity issue by turning the sensitivity of the joystick right down - NOW after 1.45 has been applied the throttle is real sweet - - so - TRY turning yr sensitvity down to one of the lowest settings - u might get a pleasant surprise!
