Problem with the ai boarding vehicles

I don't know whats going on it used to work fine but everytime I put waypoints to get in or load any vehicle the soldiers get in but then one or two always get out, then get in, the get out, etc. Its so frustrating but I have no idea how to fix.

Does anyone know how to fix this? This is ruining the entire game for me I can't have any infantry board any vehicles period.

Moving as this has nothing to do with user missions.

Now I don't have this problem, just tried with west and east units. They both climb in their trucks with the "get in" waypoint on it and drive away. No one disembarks or disobey the order to get in.

Are you using 1.09? Also try disabling any mods you load and see if it works then.
