Guest Posted December 12, 2007 I have the same issue although since I am using different sound mods its getting better. Before I could fix this by increasing the sound of the radio. Setting the sound of the radio higher would lower the sounds of any vehicle. Offcourse this sets the radio sounds very annoying higher and since many radio messages spammed by AI and even your own unit (for no reason start it to reveal unit after unit right in front of you which you just killed) however, for this you can download and use a "no voice" addon. Check this: http://www.armaholic.com/page.php?id=1577 Also people have been told to disable hardware acceleration in the sound options. But for me that doesnt work and in fact makes it worse. paragraphic l 2 Posted December 14, 2007 also happened in OFP IIRC, I always thought the game uses the windows volume as a max, and divides this between the highest ingame select sound level and 0, so setting Radio at 10, Effects at 5, and Music at 1 would give you for every levels 10%, if you change the highest to 5 it will give you 20% per level
