I guess you'll need to use the same trick than the one used to get lowPlant + Durg veggy fix. install low grass, then install lowPlant indicating the low grass pbo instead of original ones. Although I can't say for a fact that the low grass .pbo is applied since I've never really checked the diffence with low grass and without low grass.
