jasono 0 Posted August 8, 2007 Hi I want to apply a texture to a plane (2d face thingy :P) but everytime I press A O2 instantly crashes. It's wierd because it was working 10 minutes or so before this, I restart it and it constantly does this? :S
JBâ„¢ 1 Posted August 8, 2007 Make sure you use textures that are sized 2^*(i.e 32x32, 64x64, 128x128 etc) and that your textures are in the same folder as your model. On my laptop O2 would crash when trying texture if my texture images were not in the relevant models folder, on my main pc it doesn't.
jasono 0 Posted August 9, 2007 Thanks for the response. It crashed before I even managed to get to choose the area of where I want the texture to be. Anyhow, the problem resolved itself. Don't know how :S

csj 0 Posted August 9, 2007 Out of interest Do you use paint shop pro for editing your txtrs ?
Lester 0 Posted August 10, 2007 This is a generic error in o2 ... it comes an goes sometimes ... maybe a 'make o2 light' error. I've. got this error 2 times since O2light, and take it away when i open O2 (without a model) press 'A', press 'A' again and close O2. At the next start it should work fine. Otherwise i've heart (but not tested) that the error goes away if you start Windows in Safe mode und open/close O2, then run Windows normal again. Â
