Evolution 3.0 and time of day

We are running EV 3 on a dedicated server and I noticed that I cannot change the day/time settings. Is this a bug or just relevant to my setup? I wanted to set it up for 4 hour with MH6-R but I can't select it, nor can I select the actual time of day start at the beginning.

Just log in as admin and you'll be able to choose.

So start the game on my dedicated server, then join it and login as admin and I can change it? Also, how do i get a command prompt to login as admin or do i use the admin password when the server requests a password?
