Do you have a firewall inbetween you and the internet? Like...a hardware box firewall...definitely recommended until you do some gaming, then you unhook and go directly into your internet line. Of course, if they "only" scan you when ARMA starts up I would say it's simply replies from ArmA servers in some sort of preload/preinitialization for multi...
